At GOATZILLA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Policy

At Goatzilla, we want you to love what you wear. We currently offer exchanges only — no returns or refunds.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

  • We offer exchanges for size or defective products (subject to availability).
  • Exchange requests must be made 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging

3. What Can Be Exchanged

  • Wrong size or color received
  • Defective or damaged items upon delivery

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. How to Request an Exchange

  • Email us at cazeeshankhan@outlook.com with your order number
  • Attach clear photos of the item
  • Once the exchange product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Ship the item back to us (shipping cost borne by the customer, except for defective items)
  • Once received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Exchange without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or tags

7. Exchange Shipping Costs

  • Exchange shipping charges may be:
    • Free (if the product is defective or incorrect)
    • Charged to the customer (for size issues or preference-based exchange), depending on our policy

Any applicable charges will be communicated during the exchange process.
